HILLIARD, Ohio, Nov. 04, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Command Alkon, the global leader in software and technology solutions for the heavy building materials industry, today announced the acquisition of C60, a leader in predictive analytics and AI-powered solutions for the ready mix concrete industry. This strategic move reinforces Command Alkon’s commitment to AI-powered insights and to help producers turn operating data they already collect into measurable margin and operational improvement. The transaction includes the full C60 product suite and team.

Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, with an office in Montreal, C60 helps ready mix producers find margin that slips away across the value chain. Its platform brings data from dispatch, batch, and quality control systems into a unified ready mix data model, then shows producers where cost-to-serve, pricing, mix design, and delivery performance are eroding profitability. C60 has been a Command Alkon Connected Partner since September 2024, serving mutual customers as one of the first partners to build on Command Cloud APIs.

C60’s analytics and operational-improvement capabilities will be rebranded as Analyst C60 and aligned with Command Intelligence in the Command Cloud ecosystem, as part of the company’s broader AI and analytics strategy supporting Dispatch, Batch, and Fleet. Producers will be able to work with C60’s insights alongside their other business data instead of in a separate system. Because Command Cloud is built on open APIs, the integrations C60 customers use today, including connections to dispatch, batch, QC, and ERP systems outside the Command Alkon product suite, will carry forward.
